How rare is a Scorpio rising?
Because it is a sign of long ascension in the northern hemisphere, it spends longer crossing the horizon than the fast signs do. That makes it one of the MORE common risings if you were born north of the equator, not one of the rare ones. Most sites get this backwards. Rising signs are not evenly distributed, and where you were born changes the odds.
What does a Scorpio rising look like?
Traditionally, the eyes. A fixed unhurried gaze that people either find magnetic or find unnerving. I would hold this loosely. The ascendant shapes the impression more than the features, and plenty of people carry a Scorpio rising without matching a single line of that.
Who is Scorpio rising attracted to?
Usually people who do not flinch. Taurus and earth, because they can hold your intensity without absorbing it. But your ascendant governs how you meet people, not who you end up loving. For that, look at your Venus and at your seventh house, which for you is Taurus.
