How rare is a Sagittarius rising?
Because it is a sign of long ascension in the northern hemisphere, it spends longer crossing the horizon than the fast signs do. That makes it one of the MORE common risings if you were born north of the equator, not one of the rare ones. Most sites get this backwards. Rising signs are not evenly distributed, and where you were born changes the odds.
What does a Sagittarius rising look like?
Traditionally, long limbs, an open face and a laugh that arrives before you have decided to. I would hold this loosely. The ascendant shapes the impression more than the features, and plenty of people carry a Sagittarius rising without matching a single line of that.
