- Write what you are finished carrying on a symbolic $1 paper.
- Light a white or green candle in a fire-safe place.
- Safely burn the paper and say: I release lack, fear, and old agreements.
- Dance naked in the privacy of your own space: free, grateful, and unashamed.
- Close with: I am balanced. I am ready. I receive what is mine.
