Thirty days of learning to keep it
Trust is not a decision you make once. It is a pattern, and a pattern needs enough days in a row to become one.
That is why the money work I teach runs over thirty days rather than an afternoon.
It moves in four stages 🪜
Notice. Days one to seven. You are not fixing anything yet. You are watching what you actually do and say around money, which most people have never done without flinching.
Rethink. Days eight to fourteen. Looking straight at the stories you inherited and where they came from.
Choose. Days fifteen to twenty one. Acting differently on purpose, while it still feels deliberate and slightly awkward.
Practise. Days twenty two to thirty. Until the new way is just how you are.
You cannot skip to the fourth one. I have watched a lot of people try.
What you do each day 📝
Answer the day's money prompt. Name a feeling. Record one action you took with care.
Then your practice: what you are holding, what you added or used, and how it felt when you visited it.
And close the day by naming one thing you thank money for.
Start with the inventory 🧭
Before day one there is an opening inventory: the money phrase you inherited, the new one you are choosing, the amount you can safely hold, where you are keeping it, and why you are starting at all.
Answer those five honestly and the thirty days have somewhere to stand.
What it is not 🚫
There is no promise of a financial outcome here and I will not pretend otherwise.
The practice is to build trust with your own choices, not to prove that money will appear. That is slower and harder to sell than a manifestation hack, and it is the thing that actually lets you keep money when it comes.
What each stage actually feels like 🪜
Notice is uncomfortable, because you are watching yourself without being allowed to fix anything yet. Most people want to skip it and it is the one that makes the rest work.
Rethink is where things surface. Old phrases, old arguments, a parent's voice. Expect a heavy few days around here.
Choose feels awkward and deliberate, like writing with your other hand.
Practise is the quiet one. Nothing dramatic happens. That is the sign it is working.
Pairing it with your 939 journal 📓
If you keep a Sun, Moon or Rising journal, do the day's wider reflection there and the money page here. They can refer to the same moment without repeating the whole day.
If you do not keep one, this works perfectly well on its own.
What if I miss days?
Pick it up where you left off. Do not restart. Restarting is usually perfectionism wearing a productive face.
Do I have to start on the first?
Start any day. There is no correct date and waiting for one is a delay tactic.
Can I do it more than once?
Yes, and people do, usually a year apart. The prompts land differently when the answers have changed.
What if I do not have twenty dollars to hold?
Use one, or a written note standing in for it. Covered fully in the practice.
Will my finances change in thirty days?
I make no promise of a financial outcome. What changes is how you meet money, and that is the thing that lets you keep it later.
Start here first 🔗
If you want the reasoning before the structure, read how to manifest money and childhood money wounds. The opening inventory will make far more sense.
Get the journal 📕
The 30-Day Money Trust Journal is the whole practice laid out: opening inventory, thirty dated pages through all four stages, the tracker on every page, and a closing reflection. It pairs with your 939 Sun, Moon or Rising journal if you keep one.
